By downloading, accessing, or using DateSense, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use the app.
DateSense is not intended for children under the age of 13.
By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the app under the laws applicable to you.
An account is required to access and use DateSense.
You must register or sign in before using the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
DateSense is provided as a self-reflection and relationship insight tool.
The app is intended to help users reflect on interaction patterns, personal impressions, and relationship-related experiences.
DateSense does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or crisis advice.
DateSense does not diagnose any person or relationship.
Any scores, labels, summaries, or insights presented in the app are provided for informational and personal reflection purposes only.
You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the app, including notes, answers, ratings, and relationship-related information.
You agree not to use the app to upload, store, or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use any insights generated by the app.
DateSense may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases.
Payment will be charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented in the app or on the App Store page form part of your purchase terms.
You agree not to:
DateSense and its content, features, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to DateSense and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
DateSense is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DateSense makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the app or its outputs.
The app may generate summaries, scores, or interpretations based on user-provided inputs. These outputs may be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DateSense and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Your use of the app and reliance on any content or app-generated output is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to DateSense if you violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the app.
You may stop using the app at any time.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account unless you also use the available account deletion function.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published at this location. Continued use of DateSense after an update means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you access DateSense through the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), where applicable.
